Pick up and Drop off: Mon-Fri 7am to 6pm – Sat 8am to 12pm
Estimates : Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm – Sat 8:30am to 11am

Yes. This is paid directly to the shop as part of your policy agreement with your insurance company.
